Ingredients

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය

    1. 250g Astra Butter
    2. 250 g White Sugar 
    3. 4 Eggs
    4. 2 tsp Vanilla essence
    5. 250 g All-purpose flour
    6. 2 tsp Baking powder 
    7. 70 g Milk 
    8. 3 Tbsp Oil
Instructions

සාදාගන්නා ආකාරය

  • In a cake mixer Place the soften Astra butter and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix well on high speed until creamy.
  • Add in the eggs one by one until fully incorporated.
  • Add vanilla, oil and mix well
  • Reduce the speed and fold in the sifted flour and baking powder
  • Finally, add milk and mix until fully incorporated. 
  • Add spoon full of batter to the mini doughnut cake toaster. 
    Enjoy the cakes !!
