Ingredients
අවශ්ය ද්රව්ය
Astra 200g - melted butter
egg 4
white yogurt 250g
sugar 250g
cake flour 300g
baking powder 2 tbsp
vanilla ( powder / liquid) tsp1
icing sugar-little bit ( if u like)
Instructions
සාදාගන්නා ආකාරය
1- beat the eggs
2- add the sugar and mix well
3-add yogurt and mix
4- then add melted butter mix
5- cake flour and mix well
6- vanilla and backing power
mix well
7- and put the baking try
8- bake 40-45 minutes/ 160C•-170C•
9- Remove from the oven, after cooling , put some icing sugar on top and serve.
